As a subscriber to Top Applicant you understand that your contact & profile information will be stored in the Top Applicant Database for distribution purposes to prospective employers and advertisers and you authorize and consent to the disclosure of this information and release Top Applicant and all its employees, officers, directors and owners from any and all liability.
2. As a subscriber you authorize your contact & profile information to be stored in the Top Applicant Database and hosted on the Lifted Logic Host Server or other applicable Server system in the future for distribution purposes to prospective employers and you release Lifted Logic and any future Server System provider and all its employees, officers, directors and owners from any and all liability.
3. As a subscriber you consent and agree that access to your contact & profile information may be made available to prospective employers and advertisers for a fee and as such release Top Applicant and all of its employees, officers, directors and owners from any and all liability.
4. As a subscriber you understand that your subscription and use of Top Applicant in no way implies nor assures that you will be employed by any company, business or individual.
5. As a Company or prospective Employer you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and understand that by subscribing to Top Applicant you understand that subscribers contact information as stored on Top Applicant may not be valid at the time you access the information and you understand that the subscriber information you access may contain applicants that have already been employed by other companies and as such you release Top Applicant and all of its employees, officers, directors and owners from any and all liability.
